You can order an article by selecting the appropriate product and then clicking with your mouse on the button "Order". All articles ordered in our web shop are added to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping click on 'Shopping Basket". You will then see a summary of your order. Thoroughly check your order so that the correct articles are delivered (pay attention to size and colour). Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’. You are then required to login if you have previously placed an order in our web shop, or to register if you are placing an order in our web shop for the first time. In the latter case, you are required to fill in your personal details. At step 4, choose a payment method and fill in the correct details. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address supplied by you. The email address and password supplied by you will enable you to immediately login on your next visit.
Since all orders are paid immediately, your order will be sent as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address supplied by you.
The products in our web shop are linked to our inventory system. This means that it is immediately clear whether a product is in stock or not. If a product is no longer in stock, you can see under ‘Where to Buy’ which other dealers have the product in their product range. We would advise you at all times to call the dealer in order to make sure that they still have the product in stock.
If you regret placing an order you can cancel it. In that case we would advise you to contact our Customer Services as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, cancellation is free of charge. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it within 7 days in the original, undamaged packaging. The shipping costs are for your own account.

Yes, you can. You should then place a new order in our web shop. You can return your old order to us within 7 days. The shipping costs are for your own account. As soon as the products have been received in good order*, the money will be automatically refunded to your account.
*When returning an order, please take the following into consideration:
- The products have not been used, are not dirty and have not been washed.
- The products are returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
- The products are complete.

In the event of any damages during shipment of our products, or if any of the articles on the packing list are missing, or if the articles delivered do not correspond with your order, you should notify us within seven days of receipt of the products and provide us with all the necessary information.
