Highwood trekking boots combine traditional leather with high-tech fabrics to provide supreme comfort coupled with great performance. A great choice for rugged mountain walks. The waterproof nubuck uppers and full leather lining efficiently breathe out moisture, preventing the heat build-up and skin softening that may otherwise lead to blisters. A neoprene cuff supports yet cushions the ankle, minimising the time needed to wear in the boots from new. The technical footbed has six components, each working to provide proper foot support and cushioning and thus greatly reducing fatigue on long treks. The Vibram Viking outsole provides excellent grip on a wide range of terrain, from muddy trails to bare rock. A shoe bag is included.
