Creating an Account
Having your own account offers multiple benefits. It gathers all your orders in one place, saves your address details, and makes posting product reviews easier. Creating an account is simple: click on the profile icon next to the shopping cart and select 'create account'. The following steps are self-explanatory.
Paying
Online payments require security and reliability. That's why we partner with the payment provider Mollie to ensure your payments are fast, secure, reliable, and efficient. We also offer a variety of payment methods.
Discount Codes
If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the shopping cart. The discount will automatically be applied when you proceed to payment. Subscribe to our newsletter and receive a 10% discount on your first order, in addition to updates about the latest outdoor trends and our products!

Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service within one hour. This helps to prevent processing and shipping. If cancelling within one hour is not possible, the order can still be returned after receipt, provided it is in the original and undamaged packaging.
