At NOMAD, we understand that even when products are used correctly, they can sometimes get damaged. To extend the lifespan of our products, a repair patch is often included as standard. If you are unable to repair the product yourself, please read on to see how we can help you.

What is covered under the warranty?

NOMAD products are subject to strict quality requirements. Therefore, damage or defects that are due to a manufacturing error and occur within the warranty period are covered by the warranty.

Whether a product meets the above requirements will be assessed by one of our experts.

Warranty Period

We provide a warranty of 2 years or 5 years* on sleeping bags, sleeping mats, tents, backpacks, and accessories.

For socks and clothing, we offer a 3-month* warranty.

*This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, normal wear and tear, damage caused by fire, sharp edges (such as crampons, stones, skis, etc.) and fading of colors due to prolonged exposure to UV radiation. We are aware that such damage can occur and in such cases, we guarantee a professional repair service at a fair price to ensure continued enjoyment of your NOMAD product.

How do I know if my product is under warranty?

Not sure if your product is under warranty? Then please follow the steps below.

Step 1:

First, it is important to determine where you purchased the damaged NOMAD product. NOMAD products are available not only through our webshop but also through various physical retailers, webshops, or online marketplaces. We only handle warranty claims that apply to products purchased directly through us.

Did you purchase your product directly from us, via www.nomad.nl? Then contact us via [email protected]. If you purchased your product via one of our marketplaces (for example, Bol.com), submit your claim through the portal of the respective marketplace.

If you purchased your product through another channel, such as another webshop or in a physical store, we recommend you first return to the store where you bought the product. Warranty and repair conditions from third parties may differ from those of NOMAD.

Step 2:

Once you know where to go for your warranty claim or repair question, it is important to send the following information:

  • A clear description and/or photo of the issue
  • The date of purchase
  • The purchase receipt of the product
  • Your order number

Without this information, we cannot properly handle your complaint.

Step 3:

Based on the information you submit, we will process your request. We will handle your request and respond to your messages.


If your product is not under warranty but you still want to have it repaired, that is possible. Please contact one of the following NOMAD® service points. The costs associated with the repair are at your expense.
