At NOMAD, we encourage you to enjoy your products for as long as possible. Even the best materials can show wear or sustain damage over time. That’s why we offer various solutions to help you:
DIY Repairs
Many of our tents, bags, mats, and sleeping bags come with a repair patch. These patches, as well as other spare parts, are also available separately. They are ideal for small repairs you can handle yourself and are useful to have on hand for emergencies.

Warranty
Our products are made to meet strict quality standards, and we stand fully behind what we produce. That’s why we offer a generous warranty period, so you can enjoy your purchase with peace of mind. If a defect occurs due to a manufacturing error within this period, you can make a warranty claim.

- Sleeping bags: 5 years
- Tents: 5 years
- Backpacks: 10 years
- Sleeping mats – TPU: 5 years
- Sleeping mats – PVC: 2 years
- Clothing, accessories, and socks: 2 years
- Furniture: 5 years
- Drinkware/tableware: 2 years
- Water bottles: 5 years
What’s Covered Under the Warranty?
The warranty covers damage caused by manufacturing defects. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, fire, sharp objects (such as crampons, rocks, or skis), zipper damage, and discoloration from prolonged UV exposure is not covered.
How Do I Know if My Product is Covered?
Our experts will assess whether the damage meets the warranty conditions. Follow these steps to submit a warranty claim:
Step 1:
Check where you purchased the product.
- Was the product purchased via www.nomad.nl? Proceed to Step 2.
- Did you buy the product from another store, such as bol.com or Bever? First, contact the store where you made the purchase. The warranty terms of third parties may differ from NOMAD’s.
Step 2:
Contact us via [email protected]. Please include the following information:
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear photos.
- The purchase date of the product.
- The proof of purchase.
- Your order number.
Without this information, we cannot process your claim.
Step 3:
Our experts will assess your claim and verify if the damage is covered under the warranty. You will receive an email update regarding the next steps.
Repairs
If your product is not covered under warranty, you can still have it repaired, for example, at one of the NOMAD service points listed below. Repair costs will be your responsibility. For technical clothing and equipment, we recommend these specialized service points. For simpler repairs, you can also visit a local repair service.
