3. For what purpose do we collect, process, and use your personal data?

NOMAD collects, processes, and uses your personal data for the purpose of: Providing the website with all functions, in particular creating a customer account and signing up for the newsletter, processing and executing orders on the NOMAD website, communication (e.g. via online contact form, email or by mail), advertising (if required by law only with your consent), market research, conducting contests and other marketing actions as well as for compliance with regulations and enforcement of rights.

Furthermore, we use your pseudonymized user profile for advertising, market research, and for the necessary customization of the website. You can object to this use at any time if you contact us as described below in chapter 5. 

4. Who has access to your personal data or with whom do we share your personal data?

Transfer to external service providers

Our external service providers support us as so-called information processing partners in providing the website, delivery and implementation of the Nomad website as well as with other technical and organizational services and marketing actions.
