Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns

At NOMAD, we offer you the freedom to purchase our products anytime and anywhere, even without a physical store nearby. For this reason, our website is always accessible, and we deliver our products worldwide. Below, you will find all the necessary information regarding shipping your order, exchanging products, or how to return a product you've ordered.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Upon receipt of payment, we arrange shipping within two business days at most. Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours if possible.

For orders placed on weekdays (Monday through Friday) before 12:00 PM, we process and deliver them the next day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day and typically delivered the day after. Orders placed over the weekend? Expect us to ship your order on the next business day. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

If you are unsure whether your order was successful, you will always receive an order confirmation email from us. Check your mailbox to see if you have received it. If you find nothing in your Inbox, there is a possibility that the email has gone into your SPAM box.

After we have collected and packed your order, we hand it over to one of our carriers.

For shipping, we work with PostNL and DPD, our reliable partners who, like us, take sustainability seriously. They will also send you a track and trace email with delivery information so that you can follow your order.

If your order is unexpectedly delayed, use the Track & Trace code to follow the status of your order. If you haven't received a code, please contact our customer service.

Shipping Costs

We ship orders over €79 free of charge. For purchases under this amount, shipping costs are charged. You can find the shipping costs for your location in our overview.

Please note: For orders outside the EU, additional import duties may apply upon delivery. The rules and rates vary by country. Please consult the customs authorities of your country for more information.

Due to the effects of BREXIT, it is unfortunately no longer possible to deliver orders in the United Kingdom.

It can always happen that your order does not meet your expectations. NOMAD is not liable for non-delivery, delays, damage, or missing products if the cause is beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Exchanges

If you want to return or exchange a product, it is important to follow the correct steps. This ensures the process runs smoothly and as quickly as possible.

When you want to return a product

You have the option to return products within 30 days of purchase. Within 14 days of purchase, you are not required to provide a reason for your return, but we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know why you want to return the product. This helps us improve our service for you and other customers!

Follow the steps below to return your order and ensure the best possible service:

Returns

If you want to return a product from any country other than the Netherlands, please follow these steps:

Step 1:

Contact our customer service at [email protected].

In your email, include your name, order number, the quantity, and the items you want to return. You are not required to provide a reason for your return, but we would appreciate it if you could let us know why you are returning the product. This helps us improve our service for you and other customers!

Our support team will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with clear return instructions and a return label.

Prepare your return as follows:

Pack the products in their original packaging and seal them securely. Add a note with your name and order number (tip: use the packing slip for this).
Ensure that the returned products:

  • Are unused, clean, and not washed.
  • Are in their original packaging.
  • Are complete and in resalable condition.

By preparing this in advance, the return process can be handled as smoothly as possible.

Step 3:

Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned products for signs of use or damage. If we find any damage or incomplete items, costs may be charged. Once we receive the products in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase. This can take up to two weeks.

Returns from the Netherlands

If you want to return a product from the Netherlands, follow the steps below.
Note: For returns from outside the Netherlands, refer to the procedure "Returns."

Step 1:

Pack the products in their original packaging and seal them securely. Add a note with your name and order number (tip: use the packing slip for this).
Ensure that the returned products:

  • Are unused, clean, and not washed.
  • Are in their original packaging.
  • Are complete and in resalable condition.

Step 2:

Write the address and reply number below on the package and drop it off at a PostNL service point. By using the reply number, you will not incur any return shipping costs.

Keep your Track & Trace code until the return is processed.

As the sender of the return, you are always responsible for the shipment. Therefore, keep the shipping receipt until the return process is completed.

Product Exchanges

Is the size not right, or do you want a different color? Exchanges are simple: contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and our support team will advise you on the next steps.

Order Cancellation

Do you want to cancel an order? Make sure to report it in time. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.
