The Orion Premium Comfort 480 is a 3-season sleeping bag, suitable for temperatures down to -2 °C. Thanks to its versatile design, this sleeping bag is ideal for a wide range of adventures: use it as a spacious sleeping bag or unzip it completely to use it as a blanket. The sleeping bag can also be zipped together with a second Orion Premium Comfort sleeping bag, creating space for two people. The soft hood is detachable and can be folded into a supportive camping or travel pillow. It weighs only 950 grams and packs down to a compact packed size of 27 × 18 × 18 cm, making this sleeping bag perfect for backpacking and all your camping adventures.

High-quality materials for a great night’s sleep

The Orion Premium Comfort 480 sleeping bag is made from lightweight, breathable nylon on the outside, finished with a PFC-free coating that provides water-repellent properties without the use of harmful chemicals. It is lined with ultra-soft, breathable nylon that has been treated with Polygiene® technology, an antibacterial finish that keeps the sleeping bag fresh and odour-free for longer.

The insulation consists of premium duck down, offering excellent warmth and comfort down to at least -2 °C.

Features

At the top of the Orion Premium Comfort 480 you find an adjustable drawcord that allows you to tighten the sleeping bag to retain body heat. The insulated zip baffle further prevents cold air from entering and helps maintain warmth.

If you prefer some ventilation, the practical 2-way YKK zipper can be opened from the foot end, ideal when you want extra ventilation around your legs. When fully opened, the sleeping bag can be used as a blanket or zipped to another Orion blanket-style sleeping bag.

Small essentials such as a torch or smartphone can be stored in the internal pocket. The pillow can be used in multiple ways: attached to the sleeping bag, or removed and folded for extra support. The pillow can also be used separately as a travel pillow.

After use, the Orion Premium Comfort 480 can easily be aired using the hanging loops at the foot end. Combined with the Polygiene® treatment, this allows for longer intervals between washes. For transport, the sleeping bag packs down compactly into the included compression sack. For long-term storage, use the spacious, breathable mesh bag.

The recommended maximum body height for this sleeping bag is 190 cm.

The Orion Premium Comfort 480 is a 3-season sleeping bag, a comfortable choice for trips in spring, summer and autumn. The comfort temperature is approximately 3 °C for women and around -2 °C for men. Never use this sleeping bag in temperatures below −18 °C.
