The NOMAD® Anti-Tick Coolmax Hiking Sock 2-Pack has an elastic, vertically woven instep band that ensures the sock always fits snugly around your foot. In addition, this hiking sock has a comfortable cuff that prevents the sock from slipping down and stays up comfortably around your leg. 

When you walk, the most friction occurs at your toe and heel. Therefore, this hiking sock has reinforcement at both the toe and the heel so that blistering and wear and tear of the sock are prevented at the same time. In addition, the sock has a flat woven toe seam, which means you won't feel the seam when you have your shoe on. 

Shock absorbing capacity

When hiking, your legs and feet endure quite a few shocks, especially when you're walking with a heavy backpack. To absorb the initial shocks, the NOMAD® Anti-Tick Coolmax Hiking Sock 2-Pack contains a soft, medium shock-absorbing footbed that provides cushioning. 

Keeps your feet dry and cool with the unique Coolmax® yarn

These hiking socks contain the unique, cooling Coolmax® yarn. Coolmax® is a collection of polyester fibers designed to help keep your feet dry, cool and comfortable. The fibres absorb moisture and carry it to the surface of the fabric where it quickly evaporates, leaving you with dry feet. 

In addition, this sock contains a fine mesh fabric on top of the foot, which provides ventilation.
